Trampled

Photograph of a heart carved into snow

Trampled © Patrick T. Power

This reminded me of a time in seventh grade when I similarly drew my initials + those of a girl I'd been sweet on since third or fourth grade in snow on the playground – easily within view of our second story classroom window. It wasn't until I got back to the classroom that I realized everyone could see what I had done.

this is sweet.
even sweeter with the story!

you have been seriously rawkin' the d200, mah dear.

somehow, you seem to capture images, that others walk by hundreds of times, in such a special way. you make the ordinary stand out and look like art.

i just wanted you to know that i have been lurking and truly admiring your work...just haven't commented as much since it is hard to type with one hand (holding wiggly baby with the other).

oh.
and it is nice to see you are blogging again.
